Shipping

Edv boutique ships your orders at 4:00 pm on the first working day available for orders placed before 2:00 pm. To deliver shipments, it works with UPS and DHL carriers. Shipping times vary based on carrier availability but, generally, never last more than 72 hours. You will receive a call when the delivery attempt is made. In the event of absence or no response, delivery will be attempted again the following day. In the event of a second unsuccessful attempt, the shipment will be placed in storage and the Edv boutique that will contact the customer to unblock. The cost of shipping to Italy varies based on the final destination and the overall volume of the order placed. Generally from 5 to 10€ for GLS and DHL carriers. Shipments to the EU have a cost starting from 10€. Shipping is always free in Italy for orders equal to and/or greater than 200€ of expenditure , except for shipments including products with a particularly bulky volume (accessories, strollers etc.)
