General conditions of sale & product returns

Edv boutique intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items, in compliance with the times and methods indicated on this page.
The return must necessarily take place within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.

Specific conditions for product returns
To send one or more returns to Edv boutique, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:

A) – All items for sale on the site Edv boutique.com are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal with the logo Edv boutique. The item must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole.
Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) – Items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
D) – All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) – The goods to be returned must be physically delivered exclusively to the Express Courier within and no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
F) – The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, must forward the return procedure to our Customer Service and place a new order on the site Edv boutique. We will then take care of deducting any amount due to the Customer.
G) – Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Edv boutique reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

Return procedure & refund following product return
If the return is forwarded for reasons not attributable to Edv boutique, the shipping cost for the return of the products will be charged to the Customer.
Once the return request has been sent to info@edvboutique.com, to make the procedure easier and more advantageous, the customer service of Edv boutique will purchase a shipping label and send it to the customer with the instructions to follow (NB the cost of the label will be subtracted from the total refund due) or if the customer prefers, he can proceed (autonomously and always at his own expense) with the shipment by sending the goods to the address: 88, Frattamaggiore, Italy

Shipping is at the Customer's own risk: Edv boutique is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type of packaging.
Inside the package, the Customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outer packaging, as a guarantee for the Customer himself and for Edv boutique against any tampering of the return.
All returned items will be inspected by our staff. Edv boutiquev which will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
Edv boutique reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

If the return procedure has been carried out in compliance with the parameters indicated here, the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Service who will inform him, as soon as possible, of the successful outcome of his return request.
If the return request is successful, the Customer will receive an "electronic coupon" worth the amount spent on the previous order and will be able to make a subsequent purchase on this website without any particular constraints.

General conditions of sale
By purchasing on the website https://www.edvboutique.com/, the Customer declares that he has read the following regulations, indicated “upon acceptance” in the online cart.

By purchasing on the website in question, the Customer declares that he/she has understood the characteristics, measurements, available sizes, conformation raw materials associated with the product he/she has purchased and that he/she has tacitly accepted the shipping times with the related associated costs.

The Customer declares to be aware that each purchase whose balance will be indicated with the bank transfer method will be shipped and processed only upon sending the currency to the bank details that will be indicated to the customer by email to the address indicated by him during the order phase.

It is specified, in the case of cash on delivery orders, that two call attempts will be made by Edv boutique to confirm the nature of the order and the number that the courier will refer to during delivery. In case of no response, Edv boutique reserves the right not to accept the order and cancel it due to the impossibility of contact.
