How to find your children's size?

HEIGHT
Have the child lean against the wall without shoes and make a mark at the level of the head, take a centimeter and measure the distance to the ground and you will get the height of your child!

CHEST
Try to maintain a straight position and, standing, measure the circumference at the most prominent part of the chest.

LIFE
Still standing, take the tape measure and measure the circumference at the narrowest point of the waist.

PELVIS
And finally, still standing, measure the circumference of the most prominent part of your hips.

Some tips for choosing the perfect size

We recommend purchasing a size that is always slightly larger than the child's measurements, as your little ones grow very quickly.
This little trick will help you make your clothes last longer, without losing the fit of our garments.

Please note that our trousers and skirts all have adjustable elastic bands inside, which allow your children to wear them regardless of their size.

How to choose the shoe size for your children?

Trace the distance between your heel and your longest toe on a piece of paper, making one mark at the heel and one at the toe.
Accurately measure the length between the two lines and use the reference table to find your number.
Follow the same procedure for the other foot, because it often happens that the feet are not exactly the same length.

Refund Policy

In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer Buyer within 14 days of receiving the product; in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods, ordered by the consumer Buyer with a single order, the term of fourteen days for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the Consumer Customer, within the 14 days indicated above:

2. The communication of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.

4. Edv boutique communicates to the consumer Purchaser without delay a confirmation of receipt, via email to the email address communicated during the purchase procedure on the site, of the withdrawal exercised.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the consumer Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which risk deterioration or rapid alteration.

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the consumer Buyer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, without any missing parts.

For purchases made within edvboutique.com the purchased products must be sent to the sender's address.

The only costs owed by the consumer Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, Edv boutique will refund the entire amount paid by the Consumer Buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or by using the bank details provided by the Consumer Buyer with the withdrawal notice and in any case using the same payment method used by the Consumer Buyer at the time of purchase.

Edv boutique reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the consumer buyer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.

However, if the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not respected, the consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In this case, the consumer Buyer will be able to obtain, at his own expense, the product in the state in which it was returned to edvboutique.com

Otherwise, Edv boutique may retain the returned goods, in addition to all sums already paid by the consumer Buyer for the relevant purchase.
Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.
